Kindly do the needful for its ad.

7000 Speed Post articles were dispose off in SPCC/1 Ahmedabad out of above 3200 article were included delivery. i.e.19.11.09. and 552 BNPL article booked and dispose by the set.

5679 Speed Post articles were dispose off in SPCC/1 Ahmedabad out of above 2700 article were included delivery. i.e.20.11.09. and in addition to this 1115 BNPL article booked and dispose off.

Total 294 SP bags opened, 6030 Speed Post articles were dispose off in SPCC/1 Ahmedabad out of above 2956 article were included delivery. i.e.21.11.09. Few of the bags from above were closed on 15, 16 and 17 November and received on 21.11.09. SPC/1. Due to short margin of time and Group "C" manpower as result aporximately 1000 Article were delayed for 48 Hours.

Total 177 SP bags opened, 4833 Speed Post articles were dispose off in SPCC/1 Ahmedabad out of above 1733 article were included delivery. i.e.23.11.09. Due to acute shortage of Group C Manpower and short margin of time aporximately 739 Article were delayed for 24 Hours.

ReplyDeleteThere are 15 Bo's are under account jurisdiction of Amreli.H.o.When P.L.I. Receipt transaction accur at B.O.there is no rebooking option available in Point of sale Module in version 6.6 and due to this in subaccount Module rebooking transaction option account verified is not tallied .We have also sent E.mail to P.T.C.Mysure for solution of this problem & I have also taken proposal to tranfer
these B.O's under account jurisdiction of nearer S.O.s of Amreli.H.O.but not successed
As per my knowledge in Rajkot Region Amreli H.O. is only one H.o.who has its B.O's.

This solution will solve
a. Hos having BOs unable to make day end in subaccounts.
b. Screen appearance problem for SO Daily account / BO Daily account data entry at 800 X 600 resolution.
c. Invalid object name error at the time of ending a day prior to the date of upgradation.
d. Rebooking Tally problem when emo issue and emocommission are posted seperately in BO Summary.
Recall of our meeting which PMG BD and DPS regarding sorting work of SPC as per nodel PO wise Implemated. As a result entired article received in SPC/1 Where included in delivery in time i.e. both the private MM trip departured at shedule time.
